Arsenal vs Wolves Preview & Tips

Arsenal are aiming to get back to winning ways in their latest Premier League game after slipping to a stunning 2-1 defeat at the hands of Aston Villa at the weekend.

Wolves slipped to a 13th defeat of the season in their last match as they were beaten 4-1 by Manchester United at Molineux.

Arsenal have won eight of their last 10 against Wolves, with the Wanderers winning the other two.

Despite slipping to defeat in their last league game, Arsenal still sit at the top of the Premier League standings with 33 points.

Their 2-1 loss to Aston Villa saw the Gunners concede in the 95th minute, with this only their second defeat in the league. Needing to bounce back, Arsenal secured a 3-0 win over Club Brugge in the Champions League in midweek.

This win was Arsenal's second victory without conceding in their last three in all competitions. Arsenal have been outstanding when it comes to keeping the opposition out, and they will fancy their chances of notching yet another clean sheet against an opponent that has scored once in seven away games in the league.

Wolves Form

Wolves have been nowhere near good enough this season, with Wanderers yet to secure a win in the league this term.

Two draws have come alongside 13 defeats, with the two points they have notched meaning they are already 13 short of Nottingham Forest in 17th.

Wolves now face the daunting task of taking on an opponent that has won six of their seven at home, drawing once. They have also scored 18 times, conceding twice. Having scored once away from home this season, I predict Wolves will slip to a heavy defeat.
