Arsenal secured a second 2-0 win on the bounce last week as they downed Aston Villa on the road.

Brighton beat Manchester United 2-1 in their second match to extend their perfect start to the season to two games.

Arsenal have been outstanding at the start of the new Premier League season, winning their opening two games and keeping two clean sheets.

Wins over Wolves at the Emirates Stadium and Aston Villa at Villa Park have put their quality in attack and defence on full-show. Impressively, Aston Villa had aspirations of building on their 3-0 win in week one only to be completely blunted in attack.

This week, Arsenal will take on a Brighton side that hammered a usually defensively inclined Everton before they beat Manchester United 2-1. While the Gunners are the favourites, it is unlikely they will have everything their own way this week.

Brighton Form

Brighton were brilliant last weekend as they managed to stun Manchester United in a 2-1 win that made it two wins on the bounce in the league.

Victory came in a fairly even game with United, and it was testament to their ability to edge a close match against a side that has so often found a way to score a late winner. Last week, it was Brighton that scored in the dying embers of the game as Joao Pedro scored in the 95th minute to secure all three points.

While Brighton will arrive for this one confident that they can take the scalp of another big side, Arsenal and United are very different in where they are as teams right now. The Gunners have been outstanding, and this one will likely be a lesson for the travelling side as they see their winning run brought to an end.

I am backing Arsenal to win this one but they will see their run of clean sheets brought to an end by a Brighton side that look good in front of goal.
