Tottenham are looking to bounce back from their stunning 3-2 loss to Brighton in their final match before the international break.

West Ham picked up a much-needed win last time out as they disposed of Ipswich in a 4-1 triumph.

Tottenham have won three of their last 10 against the Hammers, with West Ham notching four wins and the other three ending as draws.

Tottenham's season has been a frustrating one so far, although they are only four short of Chelsea in fourth despite their problems.

Spurs have managed to win three of their seven outings, losing three and drawing once. Heading into the international break, Spurs looked in good shape having beaten both Brentford and Manchester United. However, they fell apart against Brighton as they let a 2-0 lead slip, with Tottenham beaten 3-2.

Tottenham's only home defeat of the season came against Arsenal, with Spurs easily beating Everton and Brentford at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. While the Hammers have enjoyed meetings with Spurs in recent years, Tottenham will feel they have more than enough against their misfiring opponent.

West Ham Form

West Ham romped to a 4-1 win over Ipswich in their last match as they finally put an end to a worrying run of four without a win in the league.

Defeats at the hands of Manchester City and Chelsea were hardly surprising, but draws against Fulham and Brentford saw the Hammers drop points against sides they would likely feel they should beat.

The worry for the Hammers is that they are not winning often on the road. A victory and two draws in three away games means they are unbeaten away from home so far, but playing on the road against Crystal Palace, Fulham and Brentford should see a side with the aspirations West Ham have winning each time. This will be their first real test of the season on the road, and I am backing them to slip to defeat.
