Girona are looking to build on a run of two without defeat in La Liga after a battling 1-1 draw with Real Betis last time out.
Real Madrid were lucky to come away with a point against Elche in their last game as the pair played out an entertaining 2-2 draw.

Girona are looking to build on picking up four points from their last two matches as they battle to bounce back from a poor start to the season.
Their 1-0 win over Alaves was followed by a 1-1 draw with Real Betis, with this burst of points helping them onto 11 points for the season so far. The worry will be that despite their two-game unbeaten run, Girona still sit in the relegation zone.
The season is still very young, but Girona cannot afford to keep dropping points and losing games. However, they face a Real side that they have lost their last four meetings against. I back Girona’s tough start to the season to continue this weekend.

Real Madrid have not been in the sort of form we have come to expect of this side in recent weeks, picking up just two points from a possible six.

Kylian Mbappe was in supreme goalscoring form in midweek as he bagged four goals against Olympiacos, and I back him to give Girona some real issues at the weekend as he leads his side to a fifth win in eight away games in the league.

I am backing Mbappe to continue to score goals for Real as the league leaders get back to winning ways.
