Tottenham eased to a 2-1 win over Ferencvaros in their last European game as they made it two consecutive wins.

Tottenham have not had everything their own way in their opening two games, and yet they have come away with six points from a possible six.

Their opening match against Qarabag saw Spurs lose Radu Dragusin to a red card in the seventh minute. Despite playing a huge portion of the game with 10-men, Tottenham still ran out 2-1 winners. Against Ferencvaros, Spurs had to fight hard to secure their win on the road as it took them until the 86th minute to go two goals ahead.

Brennan Johnson has been a focal point in attack for Spurs in Europe this term, and he will likely play a big part in guiding Tottenham to a third successive European win in midweek.

AZ Alkmaar Form

AZ Alkmaar began their Europa League campaign with a battling 3-2 win over Elfsborg on their own patch.

This was quickly followed by a 2-0 loss to Athletic Bilbao, as their perfect start came to an abrupt end in Spain. While most saw AZ's latest defeat coming, their performance was worrying as the side could only hit the target twice across the entire game.

Against Tottenham, AZ will likely have chances to score, but they will have to find a way to outscore a Spurs side that have looked good going forward so far.
