Alexandra Eala has been in good form of late, winning seven of her last 10 outings which included a run to the quarter-finals of the W100 Cary back in August.

Her strong run means she arrives for her clash with Bouzkova in form, although she can take little for granted against an opponent that is ranked far higher than her.

While I predict that Eala will give her opponent some issues on the court, I believe she will fall short against her far more experienced opponent.

Marie Bouzkova Form

Marie Bouzkova has lost momentum in recent weeks, losing four of her last five in a run to forget.

Her disappointing run has come on the back of a near-miss in Washington earlier in August, with Bouzkova beaten in the final. Her heartbreaking loss came as she took the second set 6-4, with Paula Badosa winning comfortably in sets one and three.

Since then, Bouzkova has struggled for form against some strong opponents. While she has not been at her best, I am backing her to bounce back in this match as she uses her experience to ease past her inexperienced opponent.
