Chelsea battled to a 1-0 win over Bournemouth in their last Premier League match as they made it three without a defeat in the league.

In their last 10, Chelsea have won five times, West Ham have four wins and there has been one draw.

West Ham have struggled for consistency this season, with a single win coming from their opening four matches.

That 2-0 win over Crystal Palace came on the road at Selhurst Park, and while a win away from home is always welcomed, it has not come alongside any points at home. Indeed, the Hammers were beaten 2-1 by Aston Villa in their opening match before losing 3-1 to Manchester City. While the quality of opposition they have faced at home has been high, they will still be disappointed to have failed to take a single point from either of their home matches.

While Chelsea are far from the finished product right now, the Hammers have not been good enough at home, while the Blues have excelled away from home.

Chelsea are yet to really hit the ground running at Stamford Bridge, yet they have managed to secure seven points from a possible 12 following two wins away from home.

Their 6-2 win over Wolves was the start of a three-game winning run that includes a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace and a 1-0 win over Bournemouth. Frustratingly for Chelsea, they were unable to beat a Crystal Palace side that are winless in the league, with this costing them two extra points.

Despite their struggles at home, Chelsea have been excellent on the road, and they will target a winless West Ham at the London Stadium as a side they should beat.
