Jordan have impressed of late, and they arrive for their third match at this stage of World Cup qualifying on the back of a 3-1 win over Palestine.

The sides have met seven times in total, with South Korea winning three times, Jordan winning once and the other three ending as draws.

Jordan have been excellent in their opening two World Cup qualifying matches, going unbeaten and moving to the top of Group B on goal difference.

A 1-1 draw with Kuwait in game one saw Jordan frustrated, but they eased past Palestine in their second match as their 3-1 win took them to the summit. Now, Jordan have a massive chance to go three points clear of second-placed South Korea and underline their hopes of securing a top-four spot.

However, Jordan have not been great against their opponents, winning one of their seven meetings. In this time, they have secured a draw on three occasions, with a point in this one a good result considering the state of their group.

South Korea Form

South Korea were not at their best in their opening match as they were held to a 0-0 draw by a Palestine side that were beaten 3-1 by their next opponents in game two.

South Korea had more than enough to secure all three points against Oman in game two, but they know they will need to go up another level if they are to end Jordan's unbeaten start to the campaign.

A 2-0 defeat to Jordan in their last meeting back in February helps to reinforce the danger Jordan pose and, much like their hosts, South Korea would likely take a point against an unbeaten side.
